Return & Refund Policy

At Supreme Renewables, your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made through supremesolar.co.ke.

When We Accept Returns: We accept returns for products that are wrong (not what you ordered) or defective (faulty or damaged on arrival). We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and documentation. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Report a Wrong or Defective Item: Contact us at sales@supremesolar.co.ke or +254 726 638 341 with your order number and a description of the issue. Where possible, include photos so we can resolve it quickly. Please report any wrong or defective item promptly after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds and Replacements: Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm the fault or error, we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Refunds are issued via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card, depending on your original payment method.
